We endeavour to be fully conversant with all of the products that we sell over the Internet, and are happy to discuss details of these products, and product combinations, with our customers. However, we do not undertake U-value or other calculations that should only be undertaken by professionals who are qualified and indemnified to provide such information.

 

Architects, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and other professionals

It is not our function to advise architects, designers, specifiers and surveyors on technical matters, nor do we undertake research upon their behalf.  

Professionals should address their enquiries directly to the manufacturer.

We would reiterate that we do not undertake U-Value calculations, nor are we aware of any company that does so - free of charge.

We have neither the resources, nor the desire, to act as quantity surveyors. However, a price list of all of our products, complete with six quantity discount thresholds, is available for download, which due to the competitive nature of our pricing, should be adequate for most budgetary requirements. We are happy to discuss price structures in cases where the quantity thresholds are in excess of those listed.

Calls made to 03 numbers are charged to the caller at the same rate as 01 or 02 landline numbers. They are included in discount schemes, and free call allowance packages including free call minutes offered by mobile network operators. We do not profit from calls we receive, as revenue sharing under 03 numbers is forbidden.
